CHOVA CR
CHOVA CR is a joint venture between CHOVA Papua New Guinea and PNG CR, formed to deliver large-scale and complex infrastructure projects across Papua New Guinea and the Pacific. The partnership aims to fill a critical gap often served by international contractors operating on a project-by-project basis, by establishing a long-term, locally grounded presence that contributes meaningfully to sustainable economic development. Under this joint venture, CHOVA PNG provides Principal Contractor services, governance, and technical oversight, while PNG CR brings extensive local experience, logistical capability, and proven project delivery expertise.
CHOVA CR specialises in large-scale civil construction, engineering design, residential and industrial land development, project management, maintenance, and complex building projects—extending beyond PNG CR’s traditional core business.
Together, this collaboration delivers high-quality, innovative, and scalable infrastructure solutions that meet international standards while fostering local participation, skills development, and lasting regional growth.
